We ship directly from Sydney, Australia to You!

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 8 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

 We understand the frustration of loosing your refunded money on shipping costs. To Optimise Your experience, We will subsidise one shipping cost, and deduct the return shipping cost from your total refund!

What payment methods do you accept?

Everything. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

ASAP! We respect all our customers and will process all orders as quickly as possible. If you want the quickest guaranteed processing and shipping time, You may select the 'Priority- Process My Order First' shipping option at Your Cart. Additionally, all order will be shipped either the same day or one day following the order being processed. We will send automated emails each step of the order, again ensuring a smooth and stress-free customer experience. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Priority Processing and Shipping will guarantee You receive your order ASAP and before anyone else! Otherwise Our regular shipping method- due to high demand- may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.



What if I don't receive my order? As previously mentioned, we adore and respect all our customers, so this is extremely unlikely. However, if this unfortunately does occur, and you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

 Because this is such a rare occurrence, a formalised personal apology letter from our CEO will also be issued to you!

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Australian Dollars (unless you select a different currency), which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. If delays caused by the customs department in your country occur, we don't assume responsibility as this is completely out of our control. However, we want all our customers to have the best possible experience with us, so if shipping delays do occur out of our control, we are happy to provide any additional shipping information which may help locate the package. What if the items I received are defective/ incorrect/ damaged?

We utilise only the highest-quality materials and manufacturers fro all our products, so this is extremely unlikely. As previously mentioned, we adore and respect all our customers and want to optimise Your experience. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of returned item or cancellation request. please contact Your card-issuing bank with any concerns regarding when you shall receive the credit in your account.
